| You ordered the wrong book by mistake | We refund our service fee for that book. The book price and shipping cannot be refunded. |

Shipping insurance
If you would like your package insured, ask us to include insurance in your quote. The extra cost will be shown before you pay.

Import duties and taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable by us.
